After you get your ConsoleFlow app up and running, you can:

Update Your Profile

View or update your profile information as needed via the Profile page. You can also log out of the app here.

  1. Tap More > Profile. Your registered profile information appears. Only your phone number can be updated.
  2. To update your phone number, tap Phone.
  3. Tap the country flag to scroll to the edit country, and tap Done. The correct country code for your phone number is displayed.
  4. Enter your phone number and click Done.
  5. Tap Get Code to get a verification code sent to your phone in a text message.
  6. Enter the verification code and tap Verify Code. A confirmation appears when your phone number is updated.
  7. Tap OK.

Update On-Premise Setup

If you chose the on-premise installation of the ConsoleFlow app, you may later return to view and modify your on-premise settings.

Note

Viewing and updating cloud setup after initial installation of the ConsoleFlow mobile app is not available. This is because the cloud installation connects you directly to the live ConsoleFlow server URL (https://consoleflow.com), which does not change. On the other hand, an organization's network settings may change and therefore the on-premise installation may need to be updated. You can uninstall a cloud setup to reinstall the on-premise or cloud version of the app.

  1. Tap More > On-Premise. The Update On-Premise page appears.
  2. Update your organization's server or URL.
  3. Tap Save. A message appears indicating that you will be logged out of the ConsoleFlow mobile app.
  4. Tap OK to confirm. After the setting changes, the login screen appears.

View Lantronix Agreements

Access your license agreement anytime. If you are using the cloud installation, you will also be able to view your privacy policy and terms of service with Lantronix.

  1. Tap More.
  2. Tap About.
  3. Tap License Agreement, Privacy Policy, or Terms of Service.

Update Credentials

Add, update, or clear the stored Project Admin username and password. The Project Admin credentials are required to add a device if the device is not present in the project and you are using the Cloud ConsoleFlow server.

The ConsoleFlow app stores the credentials during the current login session only. Please contact your ConsoleFlow administrator to get the credentials.

  1. Tap More.
  2. Tap Credentials.
  3. Enter the username or password and tap Save.
  4. To remove the stored Project Admin credentials, tap Clear.
