License Agreement¶
With the purchase of any xPico 200 family product, the OEM agrees to an OEM firmware license agreement that grants the OEM a non-exclusive, royalty-free firmware license to use and distribute the binary firmware image provided, only to the extent necessary to use the xPico 200 hardware. For further details, please see the xPico 200 OEM firmware license agreement.
Changes or modifications to this device not explicitly approved by Lantronix will void the user's authority to operate this device.

- Your name, company name, address, and phone number
- Lantronix product and model number
- Lantronix MAC address or serial number
- Firmware version and current configuration
- Description of the problem
- Status of the unit when the problem occurred (please try to include information on user and network activity at the time of the problem).
