Set up an output stream to a RAM buffer.

Return values

true	Success.
false	Failed.

Parameters

[out]	outStream	Your buffer output stream struct to initialize.
[in]	buffer	Pointer to your buffer that will be written by the stream.
[in]	bufferLength	Length of your buffer.
[in]	mode	Selected output mode.
