Reference Design for Power Supply
The xPico 600 module is powered by VBAT, and it is recommended to use a power supply chip that provides at least 0.8 A to ensure sufficient current. For better power supply performance, it is recommended to parallel a 22 μF decoupling capacitor, and two filter capacitors (1 μF and 100 nF) near the module’s VBAT pin. C4 is reserved for debugging and not mounted by default. In addition, to avoid the ripple and surge and to ensure the stability of the power supply to the module, add a high-power rated TVS component at the front end of the power supply. If TVS is not added, surges on the input power supply may cause damage to the module. In principle, the longer the VBAT trace is, the wider it should be.
